In the much-revered set of Mi 11 phones, the Mi 11X is the most financially viable option and it can be argued that it was launched to cater to the particular set of low to medium price liking people. Although priced a tad bit lower than the Mi 10T, it offers plenty of very useful and viable features, the most significant being equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 SoC which is only slightly inferior to the current flagship level. While some phones these days stress on camera and battery performic eat the expense of compromising with other features, others try to be well balanced all-rounders, the Mi 11X 5G is interestingly all about the processor. Gamers make up a sizeable portion of the buyers and thus it caters well to them.
The phone has been launched with two variants on the basis of the RAM and storage sizes with the base version having 6GB RAM and 128GB storage and the upgraded one having 8GB of ram with a price increment of Rs 2000.
The Mi 11X 5G looks pleasantly ordinary with no special fancy and frills. It has a 6.67-inch screen which makes this phone pretty tall and wide but is fairly easy to carry around with as the thickness is just 7.8mm and weighs around 196g. As is the case with Redmi Note 10 Pro Max the front camera hole is negligibly small and not distracting.
The phone runs of Snapdragon 870 which has so far been seen only in a small number of phones such as OnePlus 9R. This combined with the choice of a 6.67-inch AMOLED panel should work well for gaming and entertainment purposes. It has a full-HD+ (1080×2400) resolution, 120Hz maximum refresh rate and 360Hz touch sampling rate, and HDR10+ with a 1300nit peak brightness rating.
