Samsung Galaxy M12 Specifications, Reviews and Price Comparison
In spite of being one of the most affordable options in the Samsung Galaxy M12 series, its spec profile is quite intriguing and full of pleasant surprises. Firstly, the Galaxy M12 comes with a sizeable battery which is not uncommon amongst Galaxy M smartphones, but it is unique also in terms of featuring a respectable 90Hz display, which lets be hones took everyone by surprise when the phone was announced for launch. Barring this, the rest of the spec sheet is quite predictable and on the ordinary side of things.
As people have come to expect with this series, the attractiveness of the design is often at the cost of how interesting the spec sheet is like in the case of M31 and M51, Samsung chooses to go with a plain and uninteresting design. The M12’s rear panel looks very dashing with a multitude of diagonal lines running through most of the back. Quite predictably, the Galaxy M12 is on the heavier side of the scale with a weight of 221g but the users will get to experience a two-day battery life in lieu of that.
For the given price range, the M12 features a fairly proficient camera with a 48mp primary camera which can be used outdoors during the day and even in the nighttime the performance is respectable in reasonable light. The 8MP ultra-wide camera also gets the job done. Selfies are often quite dull but the skin tones are usually accurate and video recording is quite a plain affair.
The phone runs on an octa-core processor and has a 3GB ram which is quite honestly below par. Gaming performance is also a bit cumbersome. Graphic heavy games like call of duty and Asphalt 9 run only in their most inferior setting which is quite good for its chipset.
