The pre-booking of the Realme C25Y smartphone has started today on the company’s official website. This smartphone was launched in India on 16 September and its sale will start from 27 September. This new phone from Realme is the latest edition of the company’s C series, which comes with a 50-megapixel primary camera. Dual SIM (Nano) Realme C25Y phone works on Android 11. The phone flaunts a 6.5-inch HD (720×1,600 pixels) display with a 20:9 aspect ratio and 420 nits maximum brightness. Apart from this, the Realme C25Y phone is equipped with an octa-core Unisoc T610 processor, coupled with up to 4GB of LPDDR4x RAM.
A triple rear camera setup has been given in the Realme C25Y phone for photography. It has a 50-megapixel primary camera. It includes a 2-megapixel monochrome sensor and a 2-megapixel macro sensor. The rear camera supports AI Beauty, HDR Mode, Panoramic View, Portrait, Timelapse, Expert and Preloaded Filters. For selfies and video calling, the phone has an 8-megapixel front camera with an f/2.0 aperture.
The phone has up to 128 GB of storage, which can be expanded up to 256 GB via a microSD card. Connectivity options include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth v5, GPS/ A-GPS, Infrared (IR) blaster, Micro-USB, and 3.5mm headphone jack. Sensors include accelerometer, ambient light sensor, magnetometer, and proximity sensor. The phone also has a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor.
The phone has a 5,000 mAh battery, with which 18W fast charging support is available. The company claims that the phone’s battery provides up to 48 hours of standby time. The dimensions of the phone are 164.5×76.0x9.1mm and 200 grams.
